Lida Nafranowicz Artist Statement

Painting for me is a creative and sometimes a frustrating experience.  At times the process feels like an adventure where the end result is unexpected and surprising, especially when my long-ago experiences show up in some of my paintings.

I consider myself to be a self-taught artist … have brush, will paint!

I am a Member of Hennepin Artists of Robbin Gallery.
